Serial 2540

Editor’s note: Serial 2540 is a virtual duplicate of Serial 2536, the text of which may be found here. The differences between the two are:

• The duplicate crosses through the introductory lines listing the agencies sending and receiving the serial;
• The duplicate adds a line at the head of the text which reads: “By teletype 10/29/80, FBI, San Francisco, furnished following:”; and
• The duplicate deletes the last paragraph of the serial.
