Editor’s note: Serial 2684 is a virtual duplicate of Serial 2683, the text of which may be found here. The differences between the two are:

• The duplicate inserts the introductory line: “By teletype dated 8-18-82 FBI San Francisco furnished the following:” and
• The duplicate strikes the last paragraph of the serial.
