Serial 2698

Editor’s note: Serial 2698 is a virtual duplicate of Serial 2697, the text of which may be found here. The differences between the two are:

• The duplicate crosses through the introductory lines listing the agencies sending and receiving the serial;
• The duplicate inserts the introductory line: “By teletype dated 10/3/83 FBI San Francisco advised:” and
• The duplicate strikes the last paragraph of the serial.
