Serial 2717

Editor’s note: Serial 2717 is a virtual duplicate of Serial 2716, the text of which may be found here. The differences between the two are:

• The duplicate crosses through the introductory lines listing the agencies sending and receiving the serial;
• The duplicate substitutes a new introductory line, which reads: “By teletype dated October 27, 1985 FBI San Francisco furnished the following:” and
• The duplicate deletes the last paragraph of the serial.
