Here is an Incentive I thought of:
To increase production & cut down hours, I was thinking that each crew could have certain goals that have to be done by Sunday. Do this every week. They can work their eight hours every day but if they haven’t done all the work that was supposed to be done that week, the whole crew can finish everything on Sunday until they get finished. Even if they have to work all day Sunday. Maybe everyone will pick up the pace if they don’t want to work till nite on their half-day.
