Re: Situation reported to me regarding Larry Schact [Schacht]
On Wednesday of this week I was approached by Karen Layton who said she had something to tell me to be held in the strictest of confidence. She said to me, “You know Larry is really freaked out over you.” He’s freaked out over a lot of other women too, Judy Ijames for one. She made it sound as if he was woman crazy. She said he has weird fantasies about me. She then said let him know that you don’t have an interest in him. He’s not in a relationship with anyone. I just wanted to let you know about it.
I don’t know what this woman’s angle is what I wanted to report the incident because I have noticed that she spends a lot of time with Larry and I don’t want her to go nuts because she thinks I’m pursuing someone she has interest in, because I have no interest in Larry at all. I say go nuts because after she talked to me she is hesitant to speak when we pass. She is not as friendly and has a funny expression on her face when she sees me.
Another statement she made was “he’s a good doctor but he has his problems.”
