-his sect. Cde. Adams was there too, she’s quite friendly

-he talked about his religion – he’s Hindu and has faith that providence will take care of things

-I told him we were requesting a point-to-point radio for emergencies because of medical emergencies

-told him we were sorry to have put him out yesterday, he said no problem

-he’s kind of the kind of enjoys bureaucracy

-said the proceedure is that telecoms has to OK the radio in terms of the type that you can import and then you have to get an import license/ wondered if we’d be using local funds or not, I said no and he said that’s good because you’re not supposed to take local funds out of the country

-he said you have to get the import license from Minister King

-when you get the set Telecoms has to look at it and certify it as the type approved
