1. Dept has been contacted by the family of Christopher O’Neill [O’Neal] who has been reported as a survivor of Jonestown[.] Post is requested to advise, if known, exact whereabouts of Mr. O’Neill and his family wishes to contact him.
2. Post is also requested to advise whether father of Liane Harris has been in contact with Embassy. Does he wish dept to notify NOK [next of kin] in U.S.?
