On November 24, 1978, [deleted name] (protect identity), telephonically contacted Dallas agent and advised she had reluctantly decided to cooperate in captioned matter re past criminal activities of People’s Temple church members. [deleted name] has previously been advised of possibilities of protection being guaranteed immunity and/or federal witness protection program. [deleted name] is, of course, reluctant to speak of her criminal activities without state immunity being first granted.

Dallas is aware that immunity cannot be granted prior to [deleted name] disclosing her criminal activities as exact state jurisdictions involved not yet known. [deleted name] advised she would make her self available on either Monday or Tuesday, November 27-28, 1978, for interview and indicated this was earliest possible time her schedule would permit in-depth interview.

Dallas will advise FBI HQ and all affected offices of results of [deleted name] interview.

Armed and dangerous; suicidal.
