The differences are as follows:
• The duplicate crosses through the introductory lines listing the agencies sending and receiving the serial.
• The duplicate includes the handwritten notation “by FBI San Juan” following the words “Puerto Rico” in the fifth line on page 1.
• The duplicate crosses through the words “Bureau and San Francisco should note” at the beginning of the second paragraph.
