Serial 738

Editor’s note: Serial 738 is a virtual duplicate of Serial 786, the text of which may be found here. The differences are:

• The duplicate crosses through the introductory lines listing the agencies sending and receiving the serial;
• The duplicate begins the text with a typed note: “By teletype 12-1-78 FBI Dallas furnished the following to Memphis, San Francisco, and FBI HQ:”
• The duplicate alternately releases and withhold an additional half dozen words from the already-heavily redacted original.
