On 11/20/78, a copy of the above enclosure was provided to the Los Angeles FBI Office by District Attorney, Los Angeles County, Investigator Steve J. Ramirez.
The Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office has had an active investigation on an extortion matter pending with James Warren Jones and James McElvane as subjects.
