Editor’s note: Serial 903 is a virtual duplicate of Serial 808, the text of which may be found here. The differences between the two are:

• The duplicate crosses through the introductory lines listing the agencies sending and receiving the serial.
• The duplicate also strikes through the first line of text and substitute the following language: “On 12/2/78, FBI Sacramento furnished the following information:”
