Editor’s note: Serial 963 is a virtual duplicate of Serial 925, the text of which may be found here. The differences between the two include:
• The duplicate contains several more deletions than the original, including the deletion of personal pronouns indicating the witness as a female.
• It deletes names of Temple members Sandy Bradshaw and Carolyn Layton – the latter being deceased – although it reveals the name of former Temple member Debbie Layton Blakey.
• It omits the final page of the cable.
