Editor’s note: Serial 1236 is a virtual duplicate of Serial 1293, the text of which may be found here. The differences between the two are that:

• The duplicate crosses through the introductory lines listing the agencies sending and receiving the serial.

• The duplicate adds the following sentence under the referenced teletype line: “By teletype New Rochelle furnished the following:”
