TIMOTHY JAMES CARTER, DPOB, 24 AUG 48: CALIFORNIA. PASSPORT NUMBER F016099, DPOI, 2 JAN 75, SFO.

2. THE DEPARTMENT IS REQUESTED TO CONTACT PAN-AMERICAN (NEW YORK) AND RESERVE SEATS ON THE FIRST AVAILABLE FLIGHT TO NEW YORK (PA 228). PAN AM WILL UNDOUBTEDLY REQUEST SKY MARSHALS, WHICH THE DEPARTMENT IS ALSO REQUESTED TO ARRANGE.

3. USSS [SECRET SERVICE] AND FBI HAVE PARTICULAR INTEREST IN THESE THREE TRAVELERS.
