Serial 2653

Editor’s note: Serial 2653 is a virtual duplicate of Serial 2652, the text of which may be found here. The differences between the two are:

• The duplicate crosses through the introductory lines listing the agencies sending and receiving the serial;
• The duplicate inserts the introductory line: “By teletype 8/5/81 FBI San Francisco furnished the following:” and
• The duplicate strikes the last two lines of the serial.
