As indicated Ref B, Helen Swinney has indicated to embassy that her husband was presumed to be at Jonestown at the time of the mass suicide. To repeat, the three U. S. citizens who are members of the Peoples’ Temple presently in Port of Spain are Helen Swinney, Richard M. Janaro, and Charles E. Touchette. A fourth member, Philip Blakey, is a British citizen.
