The bulk of the 156 pages making up Section C-8 – which comprises the second half of Section 75 and which is labelled in the Guyana Index as “Administrative Functions” – consists of reports from the Agriculture Analysts, memos from Assistant Chief Administrative Officers (ACAO’s), and notes from Peoples Rally for the four summer months on 1978 in Jonestown.
